APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
Substrate preparation
Joint width should be between 2-15 mm and depth should not be less than 2/3 of tile thickness. Clean and remove any dirt or contaminations remaining in the joints. Make sure the joints are clean and dry before grouting.
Proportion of mixing
Mix 1 kg of grout powder with 0.27-0.29 liters of clean water, or 3.5 parts grout to 1 part water (by volume).
Mixing
Add the grout into the water and mix well by hand or low speed drill. The mix should be stirred intermittently during application. Do not add water or grout after this point. If the grout has become too stiff to work, discard it and make a new batch. Apply within 30-40 minutes after mixing.
Application
Apply grouting after 24- 48 hour tile installation. Grout all areas by filling the joints with grout, then using a rubber face trowel and working diagonally across the grout joints. Remove all excess grout with the trowel. After 1 hour, clean tile surfaces with wet sponge and clean cloth.
Curing
During the first 48 hours, cover from direct sunlight on the tile joints.
Swimming Pool Water Chemical Balance
- The ideal range for pH in swimming pool water is 7.2-7.8.
- The ideal level for calcium hardness in swimming pool water is about 200-250 ppm.
- The best chlorine level for swimming pool water is generally between 1.0-2.0 ppm.

Limitations
Should not be used where high acid resistance is required.
Caution
- Cement may cause injury to skin or eyes.
- Use of rubber gloves, dust masks, eye protection, and other safety equipment is recommended.
- If contact with eyes occurs, flush immediately and repeatedly with water, and then contact doctor immediately.
- Avoid contact with skin. Wash thoroughly after handling.
- Keep out of reach of children
Storage
It should be kept in a dry place and the temperature is not too high to avoid product’s degradation. Age of product is 1 year.
